These terms explain the permitted use of BridgeAsia Business Centre’s website. Please read them with our Privacy Policy. If you contact us for a company, make sure you are authorised to make that enquiry on its behalf.
2. Office enquiries and service agreements
This website introduces our virtual and physical office services. An enquiry, viewing request or website description does not reserve an office, grant address-use rights or create a paid service agreement.
Our team will confirm current availability, inclusions, fees, taxes, deposits, duration and any cancellation or renewal arrangements in a written proposal or service agreement. Please review those details before committing. A signed service agreement governs the office arrangement and takes priority over general website information for that service.
Any intended use of an address for registration, licensing or official correspondence must be discussed and confirmed with our team. Acceptance by a government authority or another third party is not guaranteed by a website description.
3. Enquiry messages
The contact form opens an email draft in your own email application. You must send that email to complete your enquiry. A prepared draft is not a booking confirmation, and no payment is taken through this website.
Please provide accurate contact details and only share information you are entitled to disclose. Sending a message does not transfer ownership of your documents or authorise their public display. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, send fraudulent enquiries or unwanted bulk messages, introduce harmful code, interfere with the site, or attempt to access systems without permission. Please respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others. Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse or protect the website.
5. Website materials
Brand names, logos, text and artwork belong to BridgeAsia or their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to these pages when considering our services. Any reuse beyond what the law permits requires the relevant owner’s permission. The Koala Workspace design credit does not transfer ownership of either business’s branding.
Illustrations are design artwork. They do not represent a particular office layout or an included facility. Event articles describe the event identified in the article and do not imply that every featured organisation endorses BridgeAsia.
6. External websites
Directions, design credits and other references may link to third-party websites. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy notices. BridgeAsia does not control their content or availability.
7. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may change and the website may occasionally be unavailable. Confirm details that matter to your decision directly with our team. General website information is not professional legal, tax or regulatory advice.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website access. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. The responsibilities for paid office services are set out in the relevant service agreement.
8. Changes and concerns
These website terms may be updated as our website changes. The date above identifies this version. Changes to an existing paid office arrangement remain subject to its service agreement and applicable law.
Philippine law applies, subject to any mandatory protections available to you. If a concern arises, contact our team so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not prevent you from using a regulator, court or other remedy available under applicable law.
